"bicycle repair station" is a tool stand, a different feature.

The name tag should have the name of the shop, not "Bicycle Repair Shop", unless of course the name of the shop is the English words "Bicycle Repair Shop". A phone number or website is also helpful here.

The tag you used is for self-service racks with tools. Sounds like what you have here is a:

Dieterdeist: turns out it was really service:bicycle:repair not a tool stand. But I agree: one building outline, with two nodes for each business function perhaps.

It's a tricky point sometimes. Sometimes there are tag conflicts between the two types of nodes (one tag has different meanings for the two business)..

In my this case, I build a map of all repair options and amenity_1=bicycle_repair won't match. See also shop=bicycle which recommends service:bicycle:repair

Regarding way/382587501 see osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

I think this better mapped as two shops: a cafe and a bike shop that happen to share name and website.
