If node/3436713108/history is an electric vehicle charging station, it is not a "seamark" fuel station. Could you fix it?

If all the facilities are separately mapped, then amenity=sanitary_dump_station
water_point=yes should just be
amenity=water_point.

If the building is the sanitary dump station, all the tags can go on the building with building=yes. Any payment:coins or whatever.

You can put those tags onto one node:

water_point=yes
sanitary_dump_station:chemical_toilet=yes
sanitary_dump_station:rinse_water=yes
fee=no
access=public

Glad you found it. Note with Turbo you can even do fuzzy searches like "waste:grey_water" which will find even partial strings.

There are 7 uses of "sanitary_dump_satation:round_drain", which has a typo in the word "station".

Also the name tag should be blank, unless the station actually has a name.

Sergio: Is node node/3309711661 for motorhomes? Is black_water accepted? Is this an "amenity=sanitary_dump_station"?

The tagging of camp site roads as "camp_site=<number>" is unusual here. There is discussion on this topic now on the tagging@openstreetmap.org list.

What's the source of this data? "Bing" is listed, but the Bing photos used by OSM do not have village names.
