According to the mapillary street imagery https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=48.203144444444&lng=16.274525&z=17&pKey=499868177869885&focus=photo cars were placed only in one direction. Nonetheless, the sign where Flotzersteig and Tinterstrabe cross shows that the road is not oneway. My mistake. Thank you for correcting it.
