This road travels through military range, I have removed access but the bicentennial trail relation uses this road apparently. Is this a mistake?

Is this Brownings Lane? This naming seems odd. Signage points west but not north.

The map on the BBRT website uses this map, so no reference. Aerial imagery and (other street imagery) shows connection trail to the road south of bridge. Aerial shows a possible connection to west between rail line and residential area bur cannot confirm from aerial. Is this the connection? Strava heatmap shows it is.

Signage states hours are 1am-5pm, is this correct or does it mean 1pm-5pm?

is this path a cycle/footpath?

Topographic doesn't show direction of flow of these streams. Does this stream split into a north and south flow?
