Don't think this is a loop in real life but would have to survey on site to confirm. This seems to be from a data import that wasn't grounded in on-site data.

Just like Stardust Ln before, the Mello Hollow Rd seems to be branching of south-west off of Oceanview Ave in OSM while it actually is branching off in south-east direction. This seems to be from a data import that wasn't grounded in on-site data.

Was not able to find an accessible path from Oceanview Ave to Lake Blvd on-site. Prefer removing this way unless someone can confirm it exists and is accessible. This seems to be from a data import that wasn't grounded in on-site data.
