or some place where alt-medicine practice is operating?

is it just a pharmacy? Then amenity=pharmacy should work

Or somehow differs from regular pharmacy?

If it is not a pharmacy - would shop=medical_supply describe it well?

maybe it could be shop=herbalist ? ( shop=herbalist )

Does the road really change names for this last ~140 feet?

Another crosswalk here connecting the two ends of the Coyote Creek Trail that's not reflected in OSM. There's a set of crossing lights for them too. As of the time of writing, the satellite imagery I'm using hasn't updated to include these additions.

This is Almaden Road not Almaden Expressway

routing seems to go to the south side of this house, where the main entrance is to the west.

Is it possible to change that?

a bunch of missing crosswalks around here. Remember: unmarked crossings are a thing in CA, and completely necessary to map for usable/non-borked pedestrian routing/mapping when drawing sidewalks separately.
