shop=consignment? What is actually sold here? consignment shops can sell clothes (the most popular, I think) but also antiques, books, machinery, cars and so on.

Maybe better add second_hand=yes (or second_hand=only), maybe also consignment=yes and let shop= tag to express what is being sold there?
