is this section of junipero serra freeway really a secondary road? seems more like a motorway link or trunk link with no sidewalk, shoulder or bike lanes and no crosswalks at lawrence. main purpose is funnel traffic on to major arteries like 280 S or lawrence expressway. feel free to resolve this note if road designation as secondary seems correct.
