This makes it look like this house is the headquarters of the nonprofit behind the community garden (currently called CNGF but renaming to Plant and Soul soon).

In reality this is actually a private house and not directly tied to the garden at all. The landlord owns this entire square and this division is just a house he rents out.

That other building might serve as a better building to label as an ngo if you NEED to have an indoor space to label.
