This is not an "Avenida" (aka, a "large" street). This is only a not very wide local road/street. The official name is Rua Engenheiro Joaquim Botelho de Lucena.
Suggestion: Change from "Avenida" to Rua.

Are the opening_hours now correct as sown in portugese?

In Bing this looks like a highway=track, tracktype=grade2. Requires local knowledge to select correct tags.
