I don't exactly remember but I was probably lazy to map it as onw line because there is a small pedestrian island in the middle of the crosswalk so it is sperate for a short distance. But, yes the section that is single carriageway should be one line.

Ja sam vidio da je prije pisalo 'Pripi'a polje' pa sam valjda mislio da je osoba htjela napisati Pripić, ali ako piše Pripić onda je valjda to ispravni naziv

Well on OSM in Serbia it's an agreed rule, and as far as I can see Montenegro and follow it in a way (although I don't see any community agreement)

I would actually prefer to write 'Ulica' as in Croatia, but I go with the established practice of not writing it

Well firstly the name was in English, which we don't use in Croatia, and the note on the airstrip says that the name is not official or known.
Probably the best name to call it is Letjelište Nedelišće
