I'm sorry to say that you are probably inadvertently doing very poor edits to OSM. Over several edits.

From a brief look you are duplicating features, then incorrectly tagging them. My advice would be to please take time out to learn OSM best practice. Go through the beginner's guide and help section, please?

There's no harm done that can't be corrected but there are many anomalies. I will start going through all your edits later today. I think it will be easier to correct things as I see them. Is that OK with you?

With no description to these outlines the database does not know what they are. They'll thus be ignored. If the features are dwellings then building=house will allow the outlines to be rendered. In Potlatch2 left panel click "unknown" from the drop down navigate to "Buildings" then "building" then click "Generic Building" from that drop down select "Family House".
Save the changeset.
I've changed a couple of the smaller areas to show what is needed.
By the way squaring the outlines up makes the mapping look smarter. Also the group of small areas I think ought to be properly joined, a good tip is to look at how similar objects are already mapped.

Hi, I've tagged the barrier as bollards and joined the barrier to the way. Thus the OSM database can recognize the bollards as interrupting passage along the way. Added foot and cycle as allowed traffic through the barrier.

Hi, The footpath crosses some highways (Croft Street, Newtownlands Road) but you've not shown how this is achieved. Does the path bridge the other ways or join to them?

Hello, I was wondering why you've drawn a park over a residential area, a mistake? Also the footways don't look logical not joining properly, one a duplication of a service road. Then another drawn over the houses.

Has the area recently been redeveloped?

Hi, Is this really a playground? It looks like a delivery/loading area for B&Q. You've drawn it over a building and gates and walls. could you please verify the feature or re-position it if a mistake has been made?

Adjusted graveyard and adjoining area tagged it as graveyard and removed the park tag.

Hello, I looked at the parking areas with a view to suggesting that they be unjoined from the road center line. But I see you are making great strides in advancing your knowledge of OSM. It's not usually good practice to join areas to highways as the highway line is the center line and not the edge of the area. Anyway they look good now.

I've added a service highway through the parking area. Also tagged the flower bed as leisure=garden, that's the closest tag to describe a flower bed, a description tag doesn't get rendered so is no good to describe a feature on a map. Removed the area tag as a closed way is assumed to be an area, thus area=yes is not necessary. These amendments I've added to the north car park, they can be added to the other car parks areas if you wish.

Hi, The name is a park, the area has been designated a County Wildlife Site by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust, thus it is a local nature reserve. Hence the tagging leisure=nature_reserve
