Unfortunately your additions look to be obvious fiction, especially considering the changeset comment. On top of this the manner of the additions has caused damage to existing features.
With respect I would advise reverting this changeset, your response is awaited.

You've placed the wilderness hut on the side of a public highway which I suspect is a very unlikely place being so far from any wilderness. Features added to OSM must be verifiable. I'll remove it for now but if you can show/verify it's existence it can easily be reinstated.
Please don't let this hiccup deter you from adding genuine features to OSM.

Sorry to say after your good efforts that the recreation ground is already mapped. Your point in the middle of the field actually duplicated your addition to the map. I've now removed the duplication's. I also removed two POI park as the data is tagged on the area outlines.

It doesn't look quite right having a building with address number 46 indicating the whole building when there is an address node inside that building as number 42.
I would think it is a block of three houses or flats, numbered 42,44,46. If this is correct then it might be better to divide the building,(numbering each section separately) or place three address numbered nodes within the building outline.

Hi the negative tag intermittent=no is not needed in the database as this is the default except in special circumstances. If we tag all waterways and hundreds of other features with all the negative tags we would seriously bloat the database to no avail.
This topic I recall was recently discussed in one of the OSM forum's.

You might not be aware that OSM is a live worldwide database (not a map) from which folk compile hundreds of maps.
With the above in mind I hope you can see that adding fiction and/or amending existing data to fiction seriously harms the database.
You have mapped two parks one within the other. The outer one does not look correct, the inner one must be entirely fiction. You joined this inner park area to several paths, (not best practice anyway). Then a lot of the park inner park area nodes were formed into a circle thus dragging the joined paths out of alignment.
The result is obviously wrong and very confusing. Given that the added park is a fiction I think it would be best to revert the changeset back to it's former state and thus correcting all the path lines.
I can easily revert the changes for you if you wish, but will await your response before doing so.

Pokemon ought not be promoting changes that can lead to disruption of OSM and I think Pokemon players should be made aware of the damage that can be caused.

I just looked at your addition of a ditch to the database. You've drawn it as a linear feature but zig-zaging back across itself. Are you sure? Perhaps you could have a close look and maybe make a correction, thanks.

I've retagged the water area you added to leisure=swimming_pool thus I think giving a better description.
The swimming tags are under leisure features not as you might expect under water features. OSM tags are often a bit confusing, so perhaps looking at how similar features are tagged will help.

Very good first effort at mapping, you've just got quite a bit of tag learning to do.
I've tweaked the building and moved the highways out from under it. (Highways were placed a bit awry by someone else.)
I've also tagged the former use and name as disused so folk can see history and also not mistakenly retag from old data.
Do you know what the new use will be?

Hi, you somehow inadvertently moved a bench from beside Whitlingham Broad to be joined onto the railway at Crown Point.
I've reverted that node, bench back as it was.

I also added the Memorial Gates and tweaked the area separating it from highways.

The feature that you added the POI for amenity=school is already mapped. I've added your extra data to the are outline which is usual practice for this type of facility.
