If the construction is completed as I think you imply then the construction=footway tag should be removed.

The school name was already tagged to the school grounds area polygon. There is no need to duplicate the name to the school building, it now appears twice on a rendered map :-osm.org/go/TdTEYT_jk--?changeset=60261720 The duplicate can be removed to save a little bloat of the database.

OSM is a live worldwide database, features added must be correct and genuine in order to maintain OSM's integrity.
Thus I have reverted your test.
By the way street names should have capital letters, a building height of 0 meters is no building, building name looks wrong or is abbreviated. If I can help please just ask.

The correct way to resolve the problem would be to tag/mark the facility as private or indicate who it is accessible to. It's always best to try to correct the database rather than just delete. Do you need help to revert and correct your editing?

Features added to OSM should be verifiable to any that might visit the location. Can you show that this is a genuine named feature verifiable to all? If not then it ought be removed. There are places that can accommodate personal data or fiction rather than OSM which is a live worldwide database.
If you can show this feature is genuine and a monument then the name ought to be capitalised.
