The dam (and road) broke from Hurricane Matthew. There is a "End of State Maintenance" sign at the entrance of the neighborhood, the HOA is denying responsibility to repair the dam, and the city has stated it isn't their responsibility. Should this section be deleted, sine it won't be operational for at least a few years?
