The bus lines in Malta seem to have changed. Unfortunately I don't live there and don't know the routes and roads enough, but I noticed on my recent holiday (Nov 2015) that many of the buses all over Malta deviated from the routes in OSM. Could somebody with local knowledge please have a look?
