The name=* tag is only used when the name is different from the house number.

Welcome to OpenStreetMap, it's great to see more Bulgarian mappers here.

Please don't use the name=* tag along with the addr:housenumber=* tag. It can cause graphical issues with Organic Maps and CoMaps.

And please keep the descriptions more detailed, especially if the changeset area is large.

If the tags' descriptions don't prohibit using them in such ways, then there's no need to delete them, unless they cause problems.

Plus, I think restaurant is more fitting for the place. It can be both an events venue and a restaurant.

Organic Maps currently tells me what food they offer. Next version, it won't because you deleted the cusine tag. Is that what you wanted?
