Capisco, è vero che è un peccato non vedere il nome sulla mappa, ma questo può causare problemi al GPS perché penseranno che sia una strada nuova con un nuovo nome.
Dopotutto non sono un esperto in materia, ma è quello che ho letto.

In questo caso puoi usare "hgv:lanes=yes" che indicherà che la corsia più a destra è quella riservata ai mezzi pesanti.

In effetti, è strano, perché ho guardato alcuni caselli nel Regno Unito e vanno bene con un'unica way.
Anche la maggior parte dei pedaggi in Francia e Austria hanno un solo segmento.
C'è solo il traforo del Fréjus e del Monte Bianco che abbiamo realizzato tutte le corsie.

Questo è ciò che consiglia il wiki di Openstreetmap.
Ho sempre visto solo un'unica way per direzione al casello indicando il numero di corsie.
