I was working on wards boundaries of that administrative region, so I might have accidentally broken the boundaries. You can assist by fixing the geometry relation.

Yes, I know, that's my responsibility. I always correct my mistakes myself once I know about them. I just mentioned you to correct them as you were in the process of correction. If you don't want to, leave them, I will correct them.

I checked out the points. The tagging were mixed up as mapping was done using JOSM. In JOSM, those tags were not rendered so it got mixed up. It was not intentional. Thanks for flagging. Please you can make corrections.

It is correct. I have used "name:ne" not "name:en". (ne = Nepali name)

CORRECTED TAGGING, replaced 'Title' by 'name'.
