I've asked a staff in "Ukraińska knajpa": the restaurant is not connected with "Faine miasto". Fixed in #130091606.

I also wasn't sure for 100%, so I've kept both names. The name from the big label on the wall I used for `name` tag.

I will ask staff the next time I visit this place.

As I see in amenity=parking_entrance , tag `parking=underground` is recommended to use together with `amenity=parking_entrance`. So I think node/4449707246 and node/9888095227 are not duplicating each other.

I thought node/4449707246 is just an entrance.

I'm going to remove parking=underground from it.

There is a huge, paid, 3-levels underground parking with a lot of free places for bicycles on the level -1.
