Please take a look at amenity=fridge , there are a note in "See also":

There are two tags: recycling:food and recycling:food_waste.

I want to have possibility to find places to bring electronics/food/anything else for reusing. Reusing is the best type of recycling. Try to find, for example, in OsmAnd, how to recycle something. There are a lot of categories, and almost nothing found in Wrocław.
