Thank you for reaching out. We are using the Bing as imagery to verify edits from Map builder users and this one apparently doesn't have much experience adding water bodies. So the user draws a waterbody aligned to the water level not to the whole water reservoir as it should.
You are always welcome to edit/change edits by yourself especially having local knowledge.

Thank you for the invitation to the conference and the local community! I will ask about the possibility to attend the conference and we will explore how we can work closely with the local community (in Latvia and in general).

We improved our validation software so that our editorial team now has the country being shown when judging changesets, so we can catch this early. We will also try to adjust the offset as needed for Latvia. I also acknowledge that we might not be 100% successful as there are a lot of changes to check, but if it happens again, I want to you know that those could only be honest mistakes. Please let us know if you notice anything else (or this thing again), so we can improve!
As a long-term solution, we will ping a satellite team to give a better offset for Latvia.

Please note that I don't have street names in the region of Iraq, these are contributions from Map builder users, so we manualy add changes if we do not recognise any malicius behavior.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. According to the OSM wiki, a driveway is a minor service road leading to a specific property. Usually, such roads are dead ends. I am glad that we are on the same page regarding the driveway tag. Since I am not from Australia and I do not have ground truth to confirm if some road is private or not, your extra hand would be much appreciated to add private tags if you have local knowledge.
