Hi ZP, a good source is osm.wiki/wiki/
for every official tag, should be an docu there. I always google e.g. "osm tag highway".
I fixed the buildings for this area.

I work here and I dont understand your changes. Why you removed the building-tags of buildings? Why you add college tags to them? There is 1 college "TH Wildau" and it is made of many buildings (some called Haus some Halle). If something is made of stone and has windows, and is made for people.
I read OSM wiki here:
building=*
1. "Haus 13" = building office,
2. Haus15 + Halle* = building=college, cite from wiki "Use amenity=college on the whole college area to represent the college as an institution." (this is meant once for the area) see wiki below.
Also here it is clearly mentioned!
building=college
As we rely on these data and have software based on official OSM-wiki, I need to change this back soon.
Please comment on this.

I simply wanted to remove >100x wikipedia=http..., so I moved the Wikipedia-Tag into a common relation. But I also wondered about the need for this wiki-tag. I'm fine with the removal, but I was carefull, because I once read the rule: "respect the work of others" which caused my decision. I should have added a fixme.

Hallo Polarbear, das tut mir leid. Aus meiner Sicht sollten problematische Zeichen raus aus allen Tags. Vor weinigen Jahren gab es z.B. tausende Tags mit einem (unsichtbaren!) 0x7F Zeichen drin. Der Name sah gut aus, war aber daruch nirgends auffindbar (via verschiedene Suchfunktionen (egal ob APIs oder Website). Und einige Zeichen führten zu einem Updatestop auf taginfo.openstreetmap.org.
Daher würde ich schon sagen, dass einige Zeichen zumindest fragwürdig wenn nicht gar problematisch sind. Ich hoffe du nimmst mir dies nicht übel.

Hi Toni, many services require relations:
wikidata.org, polygons.openstreetmap.fr,
and even JOSM Ctrl+I shows area only for relations, not ways.
Therefore to say it does not make sense is unfair. But I agree with the double tags. And can remove them, after we agreed on proceeding.
