Appunto, quello è il modo per mappare i marciapiedi volendoli rappresentare come way separate (highway=footway + footway=sidewalk), eventualmente con dettagli in più, c'è un'ampia "letteratura" osm.wiki/Sidewalks https://help.openstreetmap.org/search/?csrfmiddlewaretoken=tD1lAtuL7K7c4zAbSG8eItaBK7haUpXo&q=sidewalk&Submit=search&t=question personalmente preferisco la mappatura più semplice (il tag sidewalk=* applicato alla strada), ma nemmeno li cancellerei apposta se altri li usano

Ciao, hai cancellato quasi tutti i binari "di servizio" della stazione di Brescia http://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=53743179 sono stati rimossi tutti? dalle immagini di Bing sembrerebbe di sì, ma sono rimasti comunque alcuni nodi "orfani" che non hanno senso senza i binari che arrivano lì, come questo: node/1102191490 Ricordati per favore di commentare i changeset con qualcosa di sensato (es. cancellati binari rimossi) è una forma di cortesia verso gli altri mappatori osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments
