I could see your reasoning. Here's my take on this issue as a local mapper:

1) way/706559601 (way/706559601) is very likely paved with asphalt. I didn't really notice any of its properties during the last ground truth surveying.

2) way/782854562 (way/782854562) may be downgraded to merely a track. Local people (and outsiders) on motor vehicles would rather travel on asphalted roads rather than unpaved highways. See point (1).

3) If you have the time, please take some time to read my comments on https://github.com/GRABOSM/Grab-Data/issues/32#issuecomment-520301612; changeset/72538245; changeset/80124513

Hopefully your team would somehow take an extra effort to dig around edits (⌘+H or equivalent to check out editing history): so that ground truth coming from (unpaid) hobbyist mappers is replaced by (could be so errorneous) extrapolated data especially coming from imageries.

I've uploaded my own GPS tracks, please exploit those (enable Raw GPS data osm.wiki/JOSM/Guide#Download_data).

My edits mostly have been aligned to my own collection of GPS tracks. However, apparently, both GlobalLogic (for Grab) and Facebook AI import teams had somewhat, too much sticking with imagery. Therefore, offsets here, there and almost everywhere.

I'm overwhelmed to track those errors (one active mapper against the work of group mappers)... any help may be great.
