Hi! I'm aware that this edit was from three months ago. FYI "Jalan Raya" in English simply literally means a generic "major highway". During editing, if you might happen to read my notes (look for the note tag), I used to look for street signs and unfortunately, I failed to confirm any sightings, hence, this stretch of highway is left "unnamed".
