Containing the so-called Derinya Halk Plajı, area is technically is part of wider Varosha Restricted Area, with limited allowance for civilian entry regarding to the said beach.
It might be tricky to map the said area due to no apparent known boundaries

A connection road from this point to Kalkanlı/Kalo Chorio Kapoutii was proposed when new Nicosia-Morphou Highway was under construction. Even military approved this connection idea, but somewhat never built.

Parcelling of this area was observed in september 2024; however it wasn't possible to personally survey and record the development here. Requesting on-site survey to be mapped for OSM
