Die Namen sollten nur den eigentlichen Namen des fraglichen Objekts enthalten und keine Kategorien / Typen, Beschreibungen, Adressen oder Anmerkungen enthalten. Jegliche über den Namen hinausgehenden Informationen sollten in gesonderten Tags (siehe unter anderem vorstehende Links) eingetragen werden, um ihre Bedeutungen zum Ausdruck zu bringen.

Sorry for my tone, I've fixed about 30 other damaged boundaries before and was a bit annoyed.
I've compared the boundary with some sources on Lewis & Clark County’s website [1]. You get redirected to this site when you select "Maps" on the City of Helena website.
The sources are:

Why is the boundary of Helena obsolete? Please state out sources. Wikipedia states out that the boundary of Helena is correct: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helena_%28Montana%29 (Google shows also the boundary which you've deleted)

When you delete boundaries please delete them completely and not only partly. It is a mess, you've deleted only 50% of the boundaries and left the rest in the database.

Hallo, es ist schön und äußerst lobenswert, dass du die Gletscherspalten erfasst hast, aber diese als "inner" aus dem Gletscher "auszustanzen" ist verkehrt. Die Spalten sind Teil des Gletschers, der Gletscher fließt auch unter den Spalten. Wenn du Gletscherspalten auf der Karte angezeigt haben willst, dann schlage dies bitte unter https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues vor und mache bitte kein Tagging for the renderer: osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer

Hi, I've noticed that you've deleted the boundary ways of the Hibiscus Coast. Is this boundary obsolete? If yes, than the following relation and way should be deleted: relation/2104478

This changeset damaged some administrative boundaries. Please do not delete river ways. River ways are necessary for rendering + routing + boundaries. I've repaired the damaged boundaries already.
