а я уж думал кто то нейросеточку запустил обклацывать домики.
в вики чиллер не совместим со здание - что делать, если под чиллером есть помещения? ставить building?

They are the same in your validation process, which doesn't account for capitalisation - I don't mind if you remove either, but don't see an issue with there being such two names made from the same charset but styled differently..

i am reverting all of the imports because this is a mess. please go through osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines and ask the local/worldwide community if you have questions BEFORE the actual import.
I can also tell you straightaway that your data has loads of duplicates
