Why did you change "North Vel R. Phillips Avenue" to "Vel R. Phillips Ave"? The streets should have the directional qualifier if they have it and "avenue" shouldn't be abbreviated. See osm.wiki/Abbreviations

Also wenn Du behauptest, dass das Mappen des Radwegs durch getrennte Wege hier inkorrekt ist, sollen die Details des Radwegs noch bleiben (bspw cycleway:right:oneway=no usw)

It appears you have deleted these offramps again (despite them still existing). Can you explain what you are trying to achieve?
Was adding access=private to this part of Jeffery Boulevard a mistake?: way/57006954
What mostly needs work in your opinion?
It appears that now the cycleways here are now mapped twice: Once as tags on the roads, and once as highway=cycleway ways. Probably it makes sense to map some as separate ways (around the Washington & Clark/Dearborn bus stop for example), while others make much more sense as tags (sharrows as Washington & State, painted line on Michigan)
The crossing ways should at least have bicycle=yes, given it is perfectly legal to ride along the crossing. (otherwise routers may think you need to walk your bike across the road, something that some trails require) I'd argue that bicycle=designated is still correct, given it is still part of the OLT, it's just crossing the road
I'm inclined to just consider it a long shared driveway to the hangers and post office. In any case, I don't believe it should be named S Howell Ave because it is not signposted as such (as far as I can see), and it is very confusing to get a turn instruction to turn onto howell avenue if you are on howell avenue already
Why did you remove these onramps (again)? They clearly exist.
Neither of the bridges you added the surface=metal to appear to have a metal surface, are you certain this is right?
Setting aside whether this road is highway=trunk or highway=primary (the difference in the US is based on importance and connectivity, not on whether it is an expressway, we have expressway=yes for that), the slip lanes should be highway=primary_link, not highway=primary
Since it is proposed and not yet under construction (afaik) the actual path should be highway=proposed + proposed=path (and when under construction highway=construction + construction=path instead). The reason it's rendering however is because it is in the route relation. So I would remove them as members until it is completed.
Do you have a source for this or was this manually surveyed? Aerial imagery doesn't seem to confirm this alignment.
It appears that you removed highway on- and offramps?? I'm fairly certain these still exist...
I'd recommend you read over osm.wiki/Wisconsin/Highway_Classification in oredr to get a better Idea of how highways are tagged in Wisconsin (highway=trunk isn't always an expressway for example)
It probably shouldn't be primary simply because of this route designation nonetheless (as it is no longer a federal highway). Also by OSM convention touristic routes are usually not tagged with ref=* (the Lake Michigan Circle Tour isn't, for example)
