| 4328237 | hoserab | Is this little chunk of land actually part of the Kananaskis I.D., or is it really part of the M.D. of Bighorn? Maps from Kananaskis (https://www.kananaskisid.ca/Home/DownloadDocument?docId=0b81bf2b-92ee-48cb-99d6-5de7306b63ab) and Bighorn (https://www.mdbighorn.ca/DocumentCenter/View/3652/Land-Ownership-Map-2022) show this little chunk being in Kananaskis, but if one does a title search in the Alta. registry (title 781182046; NW 26-T24-R8-W5M) it says it's held in a fee simple estate ("private") and **in the M.D. of Bighorn**. I know OSM isn't a "legal" map, but it seems like the goofy jog in the administrative boundary here is an oversight. |
