Ideally, the picnic site will be mapped as an area with name "Πηγές Φυλής" and each spring will be separately mapped.

The changeset name was "GR-Attica: Addition/modification of ~52 POIs from ground survey" & the custom OsmAnd name with the changes. OsmAnd decided to truncate it.

hi nik mar, welcome to OpenStreetMap :) You can add various tags to the Town.gr shop to map it in more detail. The following tags were added: shop=computer, computer:repair=yes, website, phone & the node was removed from a bus route. Please don't delete things that other people have added just because you think they are unnecessary. You have deleted some perfectly good edits (pedestrian crossings, hedges - http://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=55382958). Pedestrian crossings and sidewalks are used for pedestrian routing. People also map things like benches, wastebaskets, fire hydrants. If they exist on the ground, they have every right to be on the map. Don't delete them.

Γεια σου DimAle, καλωσήρθες στο OpenStreetMap :) Η προσθήκη του εστιατορίου φαίνεται μια χαρά. Αυτό που θα άλλαζα είναι θα έβαζα name=Παγοποιείον (το τοπικό όνομα) και name:en=Pagopoieion (το αγγλικό). Το αγγλικό όνομα δεν είναι απαραίτητο να μπει (σίγουρα δεν χρειάζεται στους δρόμους) άλλα καμιά φορά το προσθέτουμε στα μαγαζιά, αν τα μαγαζιά εχουν και δικές τους ιστοσελίδες με το όνομα στα αγγλικά. Το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί είδα πως έχει δική του ιστοσελίδα, οπότε προτείνω το αγγλικό όνομα να προστεθεί όπως το έχουν εκεί. Aπό εκεί και πέρα, μπορείς να προσθέσεις επίσης website, cuisine και άλλες πληροφορίες αν θέλεις (amenity=restaurant). Hi Tasos :) Welcome to OpenStreetMap. There is already a park mapped at that location (way/65250770). So, please delete the park you added, which doesn't even correspond to any ground features, otherwise, the changeset will be reverted.

hi there :) There is a typo in one of the tags you add: "indusrtrial" instead of "industrial" (there is in other changesets too). You might want to correct that. Happy mapping and thanks for improving the map :)

Να 'σαι καλά που αναβαθμίζεις τον χάρτη.
Την Γενική Ταχυδρομική Κορυδαλλού την έχεις ξαναπροσθέσει σε εκείνο το σημείο (node/4777475121), οπότε θα αφαιρεθεί η σημερινή προσθήκη και θα διατηρηθεί η πρώτη στον χάρτη. Αν έχεις κάποια απορία, μην διστάσεις να στείλεις μήνυμα. Καλές χαρτογραφήσεις.

Hello Fentu, welcome to OpenStreetMap. You tagged the whole town of Lindos as a park, while it is a residential area. If we want to put a park on the map, we either create a point at its location, or create an area and add leisure=park there. I'll change it back to a residential area and will send you a message with resources you might find useful and where to get help. Thanks for having a go at improving the map and happy mapping :)

Σου γράφω σχετικά με την αλλαγή που έκανες στο όνομα του δρόμου βασισμένος σε Google maps. Θα επαναφέρω το παλιό όνομα, γιατί απαγορεύεται να προσθέτουμε δεδομένα βασισμένοι σε άλλους χάρτες (ή από βάσεις δεδομένων που έχουν copyright μη συμβατό με την άδεια του OpenStreetMap). Μπορoύμε να προσθέσουμε πράγματα που βλέπουμε, πχ στον δρόμο, ή που γνωρίζουμε (πχ αν η αγαπημένη μας καφετέρια έχει τραπεζάκια σε εξωτερικόχώρο ή αν διαθέτει ασύρματο δίκτυο).

Αν έχεις κάποια απορία μπορείς να στείλεις μήνυμα σε εμένα, ή να ρωτήσεις στο αγγλόφωνο help [0] ή στο ελληνικό forum [1].
