Thanks for improving the data :) I noticed that you asked for a review of your changes. Is "Politeknon" how the street name is written on the street sign..?

If yes, my suggestion would be to change "name=Politeknon" to "name=Πολυτέκνων" + "int_name=Politeknon". To do that, select way/621681598 > edit> tags (from the column on the left) By pressing "+" you can add the key "int_name".

Σχετικά με τις πρόσφατες αλλαγές που έκανες, θα πρότεινα να αφαιρεθούν τα ονόματα από τα σπίτια που χαρτογραφήθηκαν. Ονόματα βάζουμε σε κτίρια που έχουν συγκεκριμένο όνομα: π.χ. "Παρθενώνας", "Μέγαρο Τάδε". Επίσης, αποφεύγουμε να βάζουμε περιγραφές ως ονόματα, π.χ. "Σπίτι μου".

Hi Mateusz :) I don't know what kavousion intended. However, if I would make a guess, it would be that "θ" was supposed to be "unpaved". "θ" and "u" are on the same button on Greek keyboards. Maybe kavousion was used to pressing "u" and having it autocompleted to "unpaved" on iD and in this case s/he pressed the button and did not realise that the keyboard language was set to the Greek instead of English. I see that the "θ" value is also present in other highways of the same changeset.

x58 is right regarding names on OpenStreetMap, so I took the liberty to set "Peace and Friendship Stadium Park" as the English name (one could argue that is a description of course). We all made mistakes when we first edited, and still do sometimes, so no worries :) I hope to see you map in the future :)

I saw your comment that the clothes shop you added does not exist there, so I deleted it for you: node/6896951285/history

Since you have created an OpenStreetMap account (via Maps.me), you can also login to osm.org/ and make such deletions or other changes. Using the map editor of the website (iD), you can even make changes that you cannot do with the app (draw buildings, etc).

You might also want to check another app which improves OSM data, called StreetComplete.

Το παλιό όνομα του δρόμου συνήθως το βάζουμε ξεχωριστά ως old_name=παλιό_όνομα

Για να το κάνουμε αυτό επιλέγουμε:
"επεξεργασία",
τον δρόμο,
"ετικέτες",
πατάμε "+"
στο αριστερό κουτάκι βάζουμε "old_name" και στο δεξί "Μυρτιάς"

Για παραπάνω πληροφορίες μπορείς να δεις:
old_name=* και
osm.wiki/Names

Σου γράφω για να σου πω ένα θέμα που έχει το StreetComplete.

Πρώτα να σου πω ότι όταν προσθέτουμε το όνομα ενός δρόμου με λατινικούς χαρακτήρες, η ελληνική κοινότητα έχει αποφασίσει να το προσθέτουμε ως "int_name" (international name) αντί για "name:en" (english name). Όμως το StreetComplete τα προσθέτει με "name:en" παρά ότι είναι λάθος. Για παράδειγμα, στον δρόμο way/928477520 το "Apodimon Kastorianon" θα πρέπει το StreetComplete να το είχε προσθέσει ως int_name αντί ως name:en (καθώς δεν είναι το αγγλικό όνομα). Νομίζω κάποιος απο την κοινότητα έχει επικοικωνήσει μαζί τους, άλλα δεν έχει λυθεί το θέμα ακόμη.

Σου το λέω για να το έχεις υπόψιν. Μπορείς είτε να κάνεις την αλλαγή name:en -> int_name ο ίδιος, είτε να μην προσθέτεις αυτή την πληροφορία μέχρι να το διορθώσουν.

Να'σαι καλά πάλι για όλα τα δεδομένα που προσθέτεις και καλές χαρτογραφήσεις :)

First of all, thanks for trying to improve the data :)

I'm not going to comment on the whole changeset, but on a specific change: a residential area was created way/932922659 which has the name "Mykonos 2". I'm pretty sure that the area there is not called like that :) Maybe you will consider removing the name..? Any information you add as "name" is publicly displayed on the map :)

Να 'σαι καλά που αφαίρεσες το αστυνομικό τμήμα :)

Απο ότι είδα το τμήμα ήταν χαρτογραφημένο με περίγραμμα, και όχι ως σημείο :) Αν θέλουμε να κάνουμε τέλεια την αλλαγή την επόμενη φορά, μπορούμε να αφαιρέσουμε μόνο τις ετικέτες που αφορούν το αστυνομικό τμήμα (το "name" και το "amenity" - δες το ιστορικό: way/911392178/history), και να αφήσουμε το περιγραμμα του κτιρίου και τις ετικέτες που ισχύουν (στην περίπτωση αυτή αφήνουμε το building=yes). Δηλαδή αφήνουμε το περίγραμμα ως κτίριο ως υπάρχει και αφαιρούμε τις ετικέτες με την χρήση του.

Ο λόγος που το κάνουμε αυτό είναι γιατί προσπαθούμε να κρατήσουμε το ιστορικό όσων έχουν χαρτογραφηθεί (π.χ. αν ένα κτίριο αλλάξει χρήση εύκολα από το ιστορικό μπορούμε να δούμε τις προηγούμενες χρήσεις,το ίδιο κι αν ένα κατάστημα/επιχείρηση κλείσει κ.α.).

Αν βέβαια το κτίριο κατεδαφιστεί, τότε σβήνουμε το περίγραμμα τελείως :)
