我看到的时候就删掉了，而且不管是不是恶意形式，当事人知情不知情，都是不要这样作的，哪怕就是当事人知道这件事而且点头了（甚至觉得哎呀我被画到地图里挺好的），那它也是不符合osm对于记载内容的约定的。可以搜一下 osm best practice

node/13036887102#map=19/30.286727/107.462565 这种恶搞他人的内容在OSM是绝对禁止的，因为可能涉及到他人隐私问题，请不要这样做，这样做继续下去是可能造成被封号的

例如 way/1418599617 这样的学校，operator如果要写也应该是主管机构，而非校长的名字。另一方面也是因为人事调动可能会很频繁，osm不是一切信息的收集场所。另一方面也是出于osm不记载隐私信息的考虑。

I know that in Vietnam's prospective the South China Sea should be part of Vietnam, and many other countries have such claim such as Philippines, but OSM is a map based on ground and if some countries really controlled some place, we only refer to the reality, so that's why China now don't include taiwan, jinmen, mazu or penghu.

I think you need read more OSM's guideline on its wiki, or if you continue do such edit you may be reported to DWG and had your account banned.

Since Scarborough Shoal (Huangyan Dao) now controlled by China, since OSM‘s common practise and it will be mapped with the country's language. I know you may say this is a disputed area and some other countries have claim on it, but according to some basic guideline, such as "on the ground", we mapped it to the country that have real control on it.
