您好，满语目前一般不视为活的语言，目前极少有人使用，而且北京也显然不是满族聚居地（乡镇级别不能代表全省），更不是自治区。
您可以注意到目前的少数民族语言主要是在新疆西藏内蒙出现，连广西都没有标壮语的。
