The place has gone or never existed. A CoMaps user reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There is now no obvious ATM at ground-level on the front of this building. There is instead an ATM inside at the BP service station about 60 meters west-ish along Riccarton Road.
