Is that realy the case or is it in fact one real world object that should be represented by one OSM-object?

I'm pretty sure at least half of O'Connell Street is divided so it deserves two carriageways (Streetview and real life experience). Even a 30cm median is a barrier just like the barriers on Pacific Hwy
