As mapped, things are a bit implausible here (roads cross but don't meet, for example). I suspect that the layout is actually similar to node/2798724928 , but needs a survey to see if the road to the north is actually divided.

According to my recollection of the junction, there is some mapping here of things that don't actually exist. For example way/307791051 is not a separate road, it's just a turn lane.

It's been a while since I drove up here, but I don't think that what's mapped (4 parallel roads) matches what's actually there (the imagery suggests 1 road with no physical divider, with the carriageways separated, and that fits with my recollection).

The Bing imagery suggests that this tertary road here doesn't actually exist - it shows a turn lane on the A158 only.
