Again, the area to the left towards the shooting lake and also the right towards the farm are NOT public rights of way, it is a working farm and live shooting lake.
The public footpath is from the main top road, left over the bridge for 80m then right down the field sign as PER THE SIGN POSTING that has been put in by the council

This track is not a public right of way and should be changed so that walkers & cyclists are not directed down

As seen on the very key you use the public footpath area is red line, not brown, the public signs from the council go through the woods amd also down through to branches church on the stepping out route.
Hill farm is not public according to our deeds nor the council signs.
We have had numerous people say "strava says we can do this"
The council footpath signs along with the deeds say otherwise and even the stepping out route map does NOT indicate hill farms (the barn to hill farm cottage areas) as a through route

Hill farm as seen by the key is not a footpath and private farm land with no public access.
Access to the public is only through the woodland only as per the public footpath sign and NO access to the farm.

Long Plantation

This is the only accessible way through River's Wood. All of the other tracks/paths are private access only, owned by Balcombe Estate.

MY sat nav says there is a Mc Donald's here, but there isn't just a field!
