The aerial imagery shows two-way exit here. Is this perhaps a false one-way street, where it is actually two-way but no entry at the other end.

When I drove past here a couple of weeks ago, the road layout bore no relation to what is in OSM. There was one road from the south that turned west, and one joining from the north. There were not three parallel north-south roads (though individual lanes were marked at the junction, and could be mapped as lanes).
