Needs a survey to determine exactly how this footpath (which doesn't seem to have any underlying GPS traces) joins the road, and exactly what the access rights are on it.

What's been added to OSM here looks like a bad case of overenthusiastic copying from OS OpenData.

node/2823558302 is surely not best described as a locality, though what to actually map it as will depend on current use or lack of it (impossible to tell from Bing).

If Gainsthorpe still exists as a hamlet it surely isn't at the current location of node/268263467 .

Is node/2823558314 really a different farm to the other ones mapped locally?

The pub looks like it's in the wrong location too.

All in all, needs an actual on-the-ground survey.

This looks like a miltary barracks (landuse=miltary). It would be good to map the area as such and add the name to it.

Is this best described as a service road or as a residential one? Needs on-the-ground survey,

Needs a survey to determine what sort of path or track this actually is (and is it really named "path/track")?

There is a small childrens play park at this location called donkey park, it is seen on Google maps.

I'm not familiar with Pelham's Pillar node/2591992637/history , but a glance at the wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelham's_Pillar suggests perhaps historic=monument might be appropriate tagging as well as (or instead of) man_made=tower?
