Did you read what government said.

The following requirements must be met in the writing of the business name sign:
1. The name of the trade and profession must be written in Kurdish on the right side of the sign or at the top.

Kurdistan Region Government

Every single place has to have Kurdish name on the sign. And for map main name tag must be in Kurdish then other names in different languages if they have.

You give an advertisement post from Facebook account as a source. Then tell me it is valid and official.

I check for street imagery if available but then forget to remove it as a source and as you know OSM will tagging it automatically.

And the names you mentioned as deleted, the English and Arabic names were grammatically wrong. I changed a single letter (Ashawr to Ashawa) (اشاور to اشاوا). That's all what I did with the names.

They are not deleted they are corrected grammatically to official (way/546797681, way/1201057549, way/1201057543 and node/8994200217).

My source is local knowledge and the same source as you mentioned.

First it is not changing name in Arabic to Kurdish, I just Added Kurdish name and the node still has Arabic under name:ar.
